Hi, carders! Today I’m sharing a CHRISTMAS card! I looooove Christmas, so when I saw there was a holiday themes challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More, I had to get my Christmas stamps out right away! I also used a sketch from SPDMIX02 hosted by Sugar Pea Designs. Here’s a look!
I used a white A2 sized card base and a layer of deep green card stock. I didn’t have any circle dies large enough to place the nutcracker on so I used a paper doily to be his background. I stamped the image using Versafine then colored his face and stach with Copics. I only have a few shades but I managed to do a little shading! I used watercolors to color in his hat and clothing. I also used a gold gel pen for his buttons. After cutting the image out, I popped it up over the doily using foam tape. I would’ve done the same for the sentiment banner but I ran out! So I glued it down flat to the card. Here are the challenges and also supplies used-

“Santa Stach”- Stampin’ Up!
