Road Trip!

Hi, everyone! Today I’m here to share a card full of layers! I typically only have 2-3 layers at most so this was a little different for me! I used the theme “Road Trip” from TGIF Challenges and the Tic-Tac-Toe board from Stamping Smiles Designs. I chose to use 3 different rows for 1 card. Only one row was required but I incorporated 7 out of the 9 elements!! Since there were going to be so many layers I stuck to a very simple color pallet using all neutrals. Anyways, here it is!

I started by adding a piece of some awesome film strip that had adhesive already on the back of it onto a white A2 sized card base. Next, I die cut black cardstock with a large ticket die from Hero Arts. I taped it down using some washi tape. I cut a paper doily in half and added it on top of the ticket. I then took a top off a mason jar and glued it onto the card. Next, I adhered a white tag and another ticket die cut, only smaller. I also added gold washi to the small ticket. I stuck a small metal lock under the tag and stamped an arrow on it as well. Finally, I cut out a piece from some patterned paper that says “Travel Log” and added led over the layers. This was a super fun card to put together! Here are links to the challenges as well as a list of supplies I used.
