Congrats with TE

Hey crafty crafters! It is time to celebrate some new goodies from Taylored Expressions!

The first product I want to showcase is the Boxed In Basics graduation panels. These are printed A2 sized panels perfect for making quick graduation cards, or for dressing up however you want. I used a Gathered Greenery Background stamp to white heat emboss the leafy pattern. Some simple ink blending going from dark to light spotlighted the sentiment.

This card features the Congrats word die and the Well Done Building Blocks. I love the fancy script of this die and wanted it to be the star of the show. I stamped the Circle Botanical background stamp in Granny Smith ink onto Granny Smith cardstock for a tone on tone look. Then I added the Congrats die cut and a YOU DID IT building block to finish off this mini slimline card.

New Stencils and Brushes from TE

Happy release day! Taylored Expressions has a bunch of new products and tools! Mini blender brushes, a black and white brush, and some awesome new stencils! Check out how I used them!

This card features the new Striped Squares stencil. I used the gradient blending technique going from orange to green. I love the earthy tones of this color combo. I added a gnome and a couple snarky sentiment strips to complete this card.

This card shows off the new Roundabout stencil. The repeating pattern makes it perfect for an ombre background. I chose to go from pink to black. I didn’t want to cover up and of this background, so I used On the Block – Happy to keep most of it showing. I just love this classy color combo.

Butterfly Wishes Kit

Hey y’all! Taylored Expressions has a brand new kit fro you all to enjoy! I love the spring themed butterflies and there are so many possibilities with this kit!

This card features the butterfly stencils and a sentiment from the kit. I used the stencils to create a column of butterflies by masking off all the butterflies except the ones on the far left. I used soft corally reds and pinks to ink blend through the stencils. A simple stamped sentiment from the kit completed this card.

This card shows how the entire stencil can be used to create a colorful background to be the focus of your project! I used both stencils and to create a rainbow of butterflies using TE inks. I didn’t want to cover up any of those beautiful butterflies, so I added a small sentiment circle off to the side. A red card base made this already colorful card even more colorful!

Mother’s Day + More with TE

Howdy card makers! Spring is finally in the air! What a perfect time to start making Mother’s Day cards and other flowery, springy cards! Taylored Expressions has a whole bunch of awesome products being released today! Check out 2 of the cards I made using these new items.

This card features the new Dear Mom cling stamp. I love the bold scripty font of this stamp. the background on this card was made with the new Best Buds Stamp & Stencil Combo. After creating the background and stamping the large sentiment, I added some white gel pen highlights and a sub-sentiment banner to complete this Mother’s Day card.

This card features the new In Bloom Cling & Clear Combo! I stamped the outline images with Toffee ink then filled in all the elements with soft shades of pink, peach, and green. I trimmed down the background and popped it up on a toffee card base. A stamped sentiment from Botanical Sentiments paired with vellum completed this card.
