I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!

Do you scream for ice cream?! One of the biggest trends this summer has been frozen treats cards! There are some awesome stamp sets out right now! I used one from Stampin’ Up! to make this cheerful card! I used colors from Color Throwdown and a sketch from MFT. Here it is!

 

I started with a raspberry colored card base then stamped out some sweet cones. I watercolored the cones with a craft color and the icecream with shades of raspberry, plum and peach. I cut down a strip and glued it into a piece of black cardstock before adhering it to the base. Then I die cut a small circle and stamped the sentiment bedtime ink blending some raspberry color. I used foam tape to give the sentiment some dimension. And that’s all!! Here are links to the challenges!
